Work cross-functionally with stakeholders from the vehicle Assembly plant Manufacturing, Incoming Quality, Material Planning and Supplier Quality to ensure supplier process related issues are contained and Lucid plants are protected. 5+ years of high-volume manufacturing experience in Interior parts such as Instrument Clusters, Displays, HUD, Infotainment Screens, performing roles in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering. Certification preferred - American Society for Quality, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, etc. Experience with tolerance analysis, mold flow, AAR approval. Working knowledge of Smartsheets, JMP, Minitab, JIRA and Tableau is a plus.
Develop/maintain material and inventory control systems supporting customers with on-time delivery. Manage the accuracy of inventory records for all parts within (PLEX) ERP system. Deep knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. This experience should demonstrate success in production planning, inventory control, MRP/ERP systems. APICS CPIM, CSCP, or PMP certification.
