You have a minimum of 3 years facility maintenance experience in a hotel, apartment or senior living facility. Our Home Office is based out of Lincoln, Nebraska and we are rapidly growing and expanding!
Must maintain a valid driver's license and qualify to drive TSA vehicles.. The employee is frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms.. Working Conditions:Work is performed in a typical store or warehouse environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.. The environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather.. Participate in training and development programs including all areas of environmental, health and safety issues, especially those dealing with proper handling of hazardous materials and hazardous waste.. High School Diploma or equivalent, AA degree in mechanical, or industrial maintenance a plus. Experience as an auto tech, from technical/trade school, construction, plumber/plumbing, factory, etc will transfer to this position (you likely have used basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.. Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems as appropriate and maintain accurate records of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis.. Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry duties, plumbing repairs and maintaining operation logs.. 5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance. Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent.. Willing to operate material handling equipment (i.e. fork truck).

This safety sensitive position is responsible for maintenance of the residential apartment’s homes, public space, outside grounds and equipment.. Management: Supervision and work direction to housekeeping/janitorial, maintenance technicians, care takers and grounds keeping, as delegated by Community Manager.. Cross utilization of Groundskeeper duties may be required.. Customer Service: Ensure that the property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction and is available for on-call emergencies (i.e., snow removal) per Community Manager's request.. Pool and HVAC certification preferred, boiler certification if appropriate.

Uses service request system to schedule and establish priorities with daily assistance from Community Manager and Service Supervisor.. Repairs/replaces any apartment material/maintenance requests within scope of management responsibility including but not limited to the following areas- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, interior and exterior structural, appliances, and apartment make-readies; including exterior grounds and common areas of the property.. Assist with identification and correction of hazardous community conditions including daily touring of the property reporting any hazards to the Community Manager and Service Supervisor.. Demonstrated knowledge of building maintenance and repair and preventative maintenance programs, irrigation and pool systems, large and small appliance repair. Conditions may include: varying climate, moderate to high noise levels, vibration into hands, chemicals, blood/body fluids, various fumes, odors, vapors, dust, airborne particles, microbial growth, poor ventilation, moving objects, high elevations, slippery surfaces, carpeted, linoleum, hard surfaced floors or cement, cold temperatures below 32° and above 90° Fahrenheit.

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club’s property including but not limited to general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects, and equipment.. Inspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club’s standards and procedures. Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility. Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis. Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance.
Maintenance Techs within Fairway Management perform routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry, painting and basic equipment or facility repairs.. Will utilize prescribed processes as they relate to mechanical power transmission, electrical, PLC/controls, welding/fabrication and other industrial maintenance related systems.. Under minimal supervision, provides preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of material handling systems through demonstrated proficiency in mechanical power transmission and electrical with working knowledge of PLC/controls and welding/fabrication.. Understand power transmission concepts, such as gear ratios, service factor, horsepower and frame size to repair/replace a failed gearbox and/or motor when the correct replacement parts are not available.. Four (4) years experience in Industrial Maintenance with proficiency in knowledge and demonstrated skills in mechanical power transmission, electrical and working knowledge of PLC/Controls and welding/fabrication skills through job experience, related military experience and/or related education required.. Ability to diagnose mechanical power transmission, electrical or PLC/controls issues by troubleshooting at multiple component and system level

Rebuild assembly equipment to upgrade for scrap reduction, quality improvements, etc. Set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to repair or make spare parts.
