The Maintenance Director is responsible for leading all maintenance functions at the print production facility. Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Use data and CMMS tools to track performance, downtime, and maintenance KPIs. Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting print machinery (e.g., offset, flexo, digital). Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus. Develop and maintain logistics schedule for local material pickups and customer product deliveries with shipping and purchasing departments.. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to resolve conflicts or delays.. Act as a liaison between departments, including manufacturing, quality control, and shipping.. Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and efficiency strategies.
