At least 10 years of hands-on floor experience with complex 5-axis and live tool lathe setups. Strong background in precision machining within aerospace, defense, or commercial manufacturing industries. CNC programming experience is a plus, especially with 3D machining techniques. Preferred experience with Okuma and Haas VF2/VF4 machines, plus CAD/CAM proficiency (SolidWorks, Mastercam). Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a bonus.
