Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. Repair and maintain physical structure of facility (interior and exterior). Previous experience in the corrugated industry is a plus. 1-3 years of previous general maintenance and repair experience. Able to read schematics (electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic).
The Machine Repair associate will troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components on CNC equipment.. Ensures operation of CNC machines and mechanical equipment.. Checks, analyzes, reconnects, and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic, belt-driven or gear drive machines.. Perform and supervise landscape construction - Tasks vary and may include (but not limited to): planting, mulching, pruning and maintenance.. Job Summary: The CNC Tool Grinder/Programmer to produce premium quality, high precision, carbide cutting tools using ANCA tool grinding machines and programs.. Will ensure proper set up machines, programming, tooling, and parts are machined in accordance with manufacturing standards and specifications.. Read technical drawings/blueprints to develop custom programs for specialty tooling.. Certification from a qualified training institution in the field of tool and cutter grinding is ideal but not required.. Previous 5-Axis CNC Setup / Operator experience is preferred
