Follow the daily cycle count and category review calendar. Run the OSDR Report for DMG, RTV, VA, DIS, WO, CHR, PRV, USE, LF, STL, WEB and SAM monthly to ensure correct movement of merchandise was done and correct any discrepancies. Document report of findings/corrections, submit to the Operations manager for review, both initial and archive monthly in the cycle count drawer. Maintain all cycle count paperwork per SOP. This NPI Project Engineer position will be located in the Morristown, TN core facility and will focus on new product introductions.. The role involves providing the best core (visual, dimensional) to the next operation (wax injection) through tooling and process development, with strong interactions with product engineers, tool build and maintenance resources, material process owners, and shop floor resources.. Mentor and guide NPI core engineers and support other departments and continuous improvement initiatives.. Develop scrap and labor costs for cost modeling, review quotes for tooling and cores.. Improve job performance continually and develop stable, high-yield processes.
