Based on the Operational Plan, coordinates the Production Planners to prepare the detailed day to day aircraft activities for the Production Shop Floor technicians and highlights to Upper Management any associated risks.. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus. Strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint for creating and analyzing documents, presentations, and training materials.. The Packaging Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Packaging Engineers, overseeing the implementation of new products, owning the change management process for existing SKUs, and acting as a key facilitator between our customers, internal R&D staff, and vendors..
