The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality hardware, packaging, and merchandising solutions within the cannabis or related CPG/tech industries. Oversee the entire product lifecycle: from concept and prototyping to testing, production, and launch including, but not limited to, tracking and managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery. Familiarity with hardware manufacturing processes, packaging design, and supply chain considerations; experience in cannabis or regulated industries is a strong plus. Do you have experience managing a product lifecycle (from concept to launch) in a regulated or compliance-heavy industry (e.g., cannabis, pharma, alcohol, etc.)
