Associates in a Warehouse Support role may perform activities related to scheduling inbound and/or outbound activities in the Distribution Center; ensure inventory accuracy within the processing areas, system and process quality as well as vendor compliance and/or outbound shipment to our stores.. They may also perform required administrative and general office/clerical duties in support of a particular functional area within the DC. Some Support roles may be responsible for ensuring the DC has required functioning hardware to allow associates to work efficiently and meet production and customer goals.. Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills.. Following Home Depot safety policies and procedures is of great importance in these positions.. Specific Warehouse Support positions may include: Outbound Coordinator, Transportation Coordinator, Inventory Control Associate, AP Auditor, DC Systems Coordinator and Customer Service Coordinator Logistics, HR Coordinator, General Office Associate, General Maintenance Associate, and Administrative Assistant.
o Performs administrative and clerical support activities in support of the Property Officer and Maintenance/Logistics Manager.. o Ensures security of the warehouse area and notifies the Safety/Security Manager in the event of security problems.. o Assists Property Manager/Supervisor as needed in controlling and processing accountable property.. o Accepts direction and supervision from the Center Director/Center Duty Officer/Shift Manager to include assignments to temporarily perform job responsibilities of other departments and positions.. One-year prior experience in warehousing/storeroom and expendable inventory control preferred.

Develop programming and configuration code for process control systems, make changes to existing programs, review work performed by outside contractors, participate in factory witness testing, and coordinate control system issues between project engineering, the instrumentation contractor, and American Water management.. Demonstrated ability to configure programmable process controllers PLCs / RTUs (Allen – Bradley, Modicon, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Emerson). Demonstrated ability to configure HMI with Iconics, Intellution, Wonderware or Ignition.. Minimum five (5) years of experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, repair and installation of Process Control Systems (SCADA and DCS), configuration and programming of PLCs / RTUs (Allen – Bradley, Modicon, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Emerson) and HMIs (Iconics, Intellution, Wonderware or Ignition), control and instrument loops.. Experience with OPC, Visual Basic, and SQL applications.
