This position will report to the Manufacturing Manager who oversees all plant production.. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production rates, on-time delivery, efficiency, and cost control.. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (i.e. Manufacturing, Industrial, or Industrial Technology) or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.. 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in large assembly production processes.. Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent experience with lean manufacturing methodologies.
Supplier Development & Assessment Engineer (SDE). The Supplier Development & Assessment Engineer (SDE) will be responsible for evaluating and improving supplier capabilities to meet the technical, quality, and delivery requirements of new work packages..
