Design in 3D SolidWorks; machine, assembly, weld and test fixtures for fabricated and machined components. Implement Lean manufacturing and systems throughout the organization. Thorough understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints and Six Sigma.

The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the Maintenance Manager by leading the team, ensuring effective communication, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.. Monitor compliance with safety programs, including lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and PSM/PHA.. Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Manager, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment on production schedules and maintenance needs.. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices and the implementation of Six Sigma principles, to improve equipment reliability and performance.. Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement processes is desirable.
