Perform cycle counts for parts, pallets, C-grade, and raw materials on a regular basis with the direction of the site's Logistics coordinator. Oversee and supervise PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) / Annual Layout submissions to ensure compliance with customer guidelines. Support the Quality Manager in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality products. Proficiency in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) methodologies. Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) applications. Knowledge of APQP, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
