Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Lead and manage the steel fabrication operations for high-volume parts production, including stamping, welding, and shear/punch forming.. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record of leading large-scale steel fabrication operations with extensive experience in stamping, welding, and shear/punch forming (at least 10+ years of experience in parts fabrication or similar manufacturing processes).. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and material science related to steel fabrication.. Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies such as robotics, automation, and digital fabrication tools is a plus.. Experience in using ERP and manufacturing management software to optimize production processes and inventory control.
Five or more years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics (preferably in shipbuilding, aerospace, or manufacturing). Experience with MRP/ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, or Oracle. Shipbuilding and/or Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience. Experience with MRP, MEP, and PLM integrations.
