The Manufacturing Project Manager will oversee, lead, and drive all aspects of manufacturing projects, including scope definition, planning, budget estimations, execution, and monitoring, to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Track a wide range of projects running concurrently (diverse projects ranging from contract negotiations to machine fabrication, install to new product design and launch, etc. Analyze project data to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. Create measurable KPI’s that will quantify success on critical to growth projects. Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred.
Supplier Development & Assessment Engineer (SDE). The Supplier Development & Assessment Engineer (SDE) will be responsible for evaluating and improving supplier capabilities to meet the technical, quality, and delivery requirements of new work packages.. Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in supplier development, Manufacturing, engineering, or Project managment management, preferably in the aerospace industry.. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.. Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), or Supplier Auditing are a plus.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Quality Control Technician to join our team in the dynamic field of chemical manufacturing. In this role, you’ll combine leadership with hands-on expertise, spending 50% of your time performing direct quality control tasks while leading and mentoring the QC team to uphold stringent quality standards. Conduct hands-on testing, sampling, and inspection of chemical products and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Supervise and mentor the QC team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues using tools like Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Work as a hands-on engineer to qualify new injection mold tools and develop manufacturing standards for NPL. When possible, continuously improve our existing processes, products and systems in a safe and efficient manner to meet and exceed our goals for safety, quality, and productivity. Preferred Experience - 4+ years hands on process engineering in a plastics plant. Mechanical knowledge for process set-up and molding equipment including robotics, injection machines, molds, heat control systems, etc. Knowledge of analysis tools: Six Sigma, Control Charting, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis, SPC.
