Serve as an expert in all cycle count related capacities, interprets data to identify business trends, conducts root cause analysis of business problems, and suggests areas for process improvement when necessary.. Knowledge of lean implementation, process improvement, and Six Sigma preferred, not required.. Knowledge of statistical programming languages in Python or R a plus.

Inspection & Testing: Perform regular inspections of metal components and parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.. Competencies Use of measuring equipment including Optical Comparator and Coordinate Measuring Machine, magnetic particle inspection, and standard equipment such as micrometers, comparators, gage blocks, calipers, radius gauges, ring and plug gauges, hardness testers, indicators, thread gauges and protractors, etc.. Six Sigma/Black belt knowledge desired. Lead and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including but not limited to Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen events, 5S, Standardized Work, and Waste Reduction..
