This position would be situated on My-Take’s customer success team that serves clients who use the My-Take proprietary insight community platform in either a DIY or Hybrid (shared research services) capacity.. With strong performance, the Customer Success Associate will be expected to gradually take on more direct client/account management responsibilities.. 1-2 years of Market Research/Insights experience or recent graduate with relevant intern/co-op experience. Experience with survey platforms, SPSS, and front-end web development a plus. Fully remote work may be considered for exceptional out-of-state candidates.
