Directs the community outreach programs to address the health disparities related to Tribal/Native American health services. Develop, oversee implementation and monitor all aspects of a business office for the purpose of third -party billing and revenue cycle management. Develop, implement and monitor all contractual relationships as approved by the Governor and/or Tribal Council, specifically the Indian Health Service. Knowledge of substance abuse programs and services to include laws and regulations, treatment and prevention methods and aftercare procedures.. Bachelor s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Health/Hospital Administration or related field from an accredited college or university.

Control building design including AC and DC panels, batteries and charger. Switchgear, bus work, recloser, and circuit breaker control and operation. Key Skills; Experience with utility Distribution and Substation design projects, Protection & Control, Relay Setting, Knowledge on Electrical Industry Standards.. Knowledge of substation protection and control schemes, basic relay settings, and substation construction standards and methods.
