The Clinical Outcomes Specialist supports and promotes the Cerebral Palsy & Neuromotor program initiatives across all of its clinics and interdisciplinary services, including clinical effectiveness, quality, regulatory compliance, clinical outcomes processes, peer review, clinical benchmarking, Information Technology integration of outcome measures, and research activities.. The role involves participating in health outcomes research design, data collection, and data analysis with support from the research department.. Partners with Dyad Physician Leaders and Program Manager, as well as aligns with the Brain and Orthopedic Leadership Team.. Responsible for performing and interpreting functional tests for clinical and research purposes, including minimally detectable change (MDC) and minimal clinically important difference (MCID).. Works closely with Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC) on research or quality assurance projects.
