Help seniors, people with disabilities, people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness to find and keep housing.. - Accompany them in touring potential housing,- Accompanying and helping them during housing interviews, Continue to work with them even after they move to their new home by reminding them about the terms of their lease, paying rent on time, and generally avoiding things that might cause them to lose their housing.. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's OR Associate Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services or Social Science, Education, Healthcare.. In addition to English, the ability to speak one of these languages will be a plus a plus: Spanish, Hmong, Somali, Sign Language.
Consults with Supervisor and may consult with County Attorney's office regarding legislation, data practices, and ethical dilemmas; provides training to and serves as a resource to others in Department, community, schools or other County Departments regarding program rules and requirements and County practices; updates and maintains program resources..
