HonorHealth is one of Arizona's largest nonprofit healthcare systems, serving a population of five million people in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. The comprehensive network encompasses nine acute-care hospitals, an extensive medical group with primary, specialty and urgent care services, a cancer care network, outpatient surgery centers, clinical research, medical education, a foundation, an accountable care organization, community services and more. The primary focus of this position is to serve as the communications lead for HonorHealth Foundation including all fundraising and stewardship activities, as well as all Foundation sponsored special events. This position is responsible for: developing and implementing a comprehensive communications and stewardship plan; the recruitment, growth and mentoring of the Communications/Stewardship division; serving as a member of the Foundation's Senior Executive team; managing and maintaining all internal and external communications, social media and community relations efforts; the growth and development of the Champions Plus and Physician Partners in Philanthropy programs. Responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive Communications plan which aligns with the Foundation's Strategic Plan. Manages all communications activities internally and externally in a variety of platforms and integrating a broad range of communications, public relations, social/digital, and content marketing activities in support of HonorHealth Foundation's mission and vision.
