The goal of your work is to address all treatment needs including crisis management, substance abuse treatment, medication management, physical health treatment, mental health treatment, accessing benefits and entitlements, accessing appropriate and affordable housing, accessing employment and educational opportunities.. Provide trauma-informed, individual counseling to clients regarding mental health symptom management, substance use, personal and situational stressors, relationships, suicide and other risk concerns utilizing psychoeducational and evidence-based counseling practices.. Conduct and document substance use assessments, including mental status exam, ASAM level of care, DSM diagnosis, and clinical formulation..
