Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing as Registered Nurse / RN or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse / RN. Current state licensure as Registered Nurse / RN. Minimum six months as a Registered nurse / RN with Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Provides information, education, and enrollment assistance for Medicaid, CHIP, and CareLink. Serves as a liaison between all internal and external customers and the health system, the community, and Bexar County agencies. Prepares and conducts educational presentations to educate the community at large about the Connecting Kids to Coverage grant and CareLink and its programs. A degree in health education or social science is preferred.
