A nonprofit organization in New York City is currently seeking a new Director of Social Services to lead social services operations at a family transitional residence program funded by the NYC Department of Homeless Services.. Oversee the Case Manager Supervisor who manages 7 Case Managers, as well as directly supervise 3 Housing Specialists, 3 Social Workers, and the Recreation Department staff. Maintain daily communication with the Department of Homeless Services through reports, incident management, and compliance monitoring.
