The Arts Capital Program Director is primarily responsible for facilitating grants administration for the Arts Capital Grant program for MSAC. The incumbent reports to the Senior Program Director and works closely with the Executive Director and other staff in the oversight, administration and continuing development of the Arts Capital program.. The duties for this position include: guideline, application and rubric development; applicant eligibility determinations; application review for completeness and eligibility; panel oversight; and creating, planning, executing all deliverables to process funding recommendations, including materials and documentation for review by the Board of Public Works..
