Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Retail Fulfillment / Shipping and Receiving Associate ensures accurate inventory management processes are in place and product shipment issues are resolved. The Retail Fulfillment / Shipping and Receiving Associate works together with other retail store associates to get merchandise checked-in stocking the sales floor, to provide our customers with our best product selection. Qualifications Of a Fulfillment / Shipping And Receiving Associate
Manage inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials to meet customer demand while considering storage and cash flow constraints.. Track daily order fulfillment, including confirmations, logistics scheduling, billing, and sales support.. Utilize ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) to enhance order creation, goods receipt, and production planning processes.. At least 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams with a focus on production planning, customer and order fulfillment, and logistics.. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
You’ll need to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as UX, CX, Supply Chain, Marketing, Merchandising, and third-party technology providers to achieve desired results.. A mix of a mix of empathy, design thinking, analytical skills, business & financial acumen, and technical knowledge with deep experience in UX design principles will be core to success.. Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap and vision Oversight and optimization of digital products with a wide variety of eCommerce solutions including (but not limited to): CMS, OMS, PIM, Cart & Checkout, Search Separately, oversee the product lifecycle for (but not limited to) search, navigation, category, PDP, PLP, account management, cart, and checkout. 10+ years of eCommerce product management experience in creative and technical capacities within a Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) retail environment. Experience with Shopify, Contentful, Storybook, Algolia, and various backend systems such as ERPs, PIMs, etc.
