Reporting to the VP, Digital Marketing, the Director - Digital & E-Commerce is responsible for building and managing TCL's digital footprint. Team Lead – The Director – Digital & E-Commerce will inherit and lead a team of Digital & Channel Marketing professionals and third-party partnerships that aid in the execution of select marketing initiatives. Ecommerce Program Management – Partner with the TCL.com channel team in the development of a web communication strategy that is intuitive, compelling, and accomplishes the dual goals of brand building via digital marketing and eCommerce optimization. Digital Program Management – Partner with the Digital and Channel Marketing Team in the development and execution of plans that involve Pay per Click, SEO, Channel Syndication, Web site planning/support, Mobile Marketing, Search Marketing, and Analytics.
Academic Excellence: Master's degree from a top university in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Informatics) with excellent academic performance.. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, R) and strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.. Experience with supply chain planning software such as Kinaxis, RapidResponse, OMP, Blue Yonder (BY), SAP IBP, or similar platforms is essential.. Familiarity with optimization (e.g. Fico Xpress, IBM DOC, CPLEX, Gurobi, Supply Chain Guru (SCG), Anaplan, CPLEX, Llama soft, Coupa, or Optilogic ComicFrog).. Nice to have; Data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Ensures compliance with all FAR, DFARS and public law requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.. Utilizes process tools such as Lean Six Sigma with suppliers to drive quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.. Experience must be in the following Procurement, Subcontracts, Contracts, Proposals, Sustainment, Program Integration, Project Management or other Global Supply Chain related field..
