The Leader of Supply Chain is responsible for the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Trinchero Family Estates end to end supply chain, overseeing a team of professionals across Product Lifecycle Management, Demand and Supply Planning, Procurement, Supply Execution, Logistics, and Customer Service. Demand Planning & Master Data: Own the forecasting process and demand planning governance; ensure accurate and reliable master data to enable effective planning. Supply Planning: Align supply with demand and capacity constraints; manage inventory targets and service levels. Experience: 10–15+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, with a strong background in demand/supply planning, procurement, S&OP, logistics, and customer service.. You will be working closely with our third-party logistics partners, managing inventory across platforms like Shopify and Cin7, and supporting cross-functional initiatives from sales to product launches.. Manage inventory across Shopify and our 3PL warehouse; follow SOPs for product updates, launches, and out-of-stock situations. Assist with Shopify product setup, collaborating with the marketing team to ensure assets and descriptions are properly loaded. Familiarity with Shopify, ERP systems, or e-commerce tools is a plus. This is a fully remote position.

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for driving a great shopping experience for our omni channel customer by supporting the operational activities that drive sales, profit, and excellent customer service. Duties include but are not limited to receiving activities, packing and shipping, fulfillment picking, and other duties as needed.
