Enlisted Training Enlisted Sailors pursuing a Logistics Specialist role must first complete the 7–9 week Recruit Training (known as Boot Camp).. Enlisted Qualifications A high-school diploma or equivalent is required to become an Enlisted Sailor in the Logistics Specialist field.

General Manager: The General Manager is responsible for the operation and financial performance by providing strategic direction and leadership for all warehouse activities associated with shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory management..
