The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations within the food manufacturing facility.. Ensure all supply chain activities comply with food safety standards (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP, FSMA, GFSI).. Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory control, and demand planning.. Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, WMS).. 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in food manufacturing.
Oversee the supply chain from purchase order to delivery, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and inventory management. Participate with senior management in the development and formulation of long and short-range planning, policies, programs and objectives related to supply chain management. Ensures compliance with specified contract metrics, operational, and personnel activities in the integration center, and maintains high standards of operational activities, introducing a lean manufacturing concept where applicable. APICS or Supply Chain Certification is preferred.. Excellent organizational, leadership, motivational, analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills

Perform cycle counts according to procedures to ensure accuracy within Civica and the 3PL's warehouse management systems. Bachelor's degree in related area and 5+ years in Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Management, with increasing responsibility in a cGMP environment. Project Management, Operational Excellence, and/or Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
