Provide engineering support for the execution of a portion of the program's test program including test processes and baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validation. Product Owner experience on a large-scale software government contract, within the Mission Management domain and experience with the Atlassian resource suite, specifically: Jira and Confluence.
