User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot network/system issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across departments. Proficiency in managing Cisco, Sophos, Dell, PaloAlto, Arista, Juniper or similar network hardware. Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL) and disaster recovery planning. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, MCSE, or Azure Administrator preferred.
