Under the general direction of shop management, this position has primary responsibility for the preparation of a race hauler on a weekly basis and driving the race car transporter to and from the track, wind tunnel, NASCAR inspections, etc. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, stocking and loading the hauler, safely transporting race cars to events and tests, and collaborating with other drivers and team members to ensure that the race car arrives safely and in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness of the hauler, including vacuuming, wiping off counters, and organizing tools and other items left on the counters. Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting dangerous goods.
