Job Description Position Purpose: Associates in a Warehouse Support role may perform activities related to scheduling inbound and/or outbound activities in the Distribution Center; ensure inventory accuracy within the processing areas, system and process quality as well as vendor compliance and/or outbound shipment to our stores. They may also perform required administrative and general office/clerical duties in support of a particular functional area within the DC. Some Support roles may be responsible for ensuring the DC has required functioning hardware to allow associates to work efficiently and meet production and customer goals. Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. Following Home Depot safety policies and procedures is of great importance in these positions. Specific Warehouse Support positions may include: Outbound Coordinator, Transportation Coordinator, Inventory Control Associate, AP Auditor, DC Systems Coordinator and Customer Service Coordinator Logistics, HR Coordinator, General Office Associate, General Maintenance Associate, and Administrative Assistant.
Follow the daily cycle count and category review calendar.. Run the OSDR Report for DMG, RTV, VA, DIS, WO, CHR, PRV, USE, LF, STL, WEB and SAM monthly to ensure correct movement of merchandise was done and correct any discrepancies.. Document report of findings/corrections, submit to the Operations manager for review, both initial and archive monthly in the cycle count drawer.. Maintain all cycle count paperwork per SOP. The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner. Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days’ Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. Monday - Friday from 12:30 pm -9:00 pm CST. Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software..
