Logistics CoordinatorThe logistics coordinator will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire lifecycle of our products, from the manufacturer of the raw materials to the customer. Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:Coordinating domestic incoming and export shipmentsEnsuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipmentsProcessing Warehouse Receipts of incoming ordersMonitoring shipments, costs, and timelinesAddressing and resolving shipment issues. Preparing all internal documentation for export such as:Instructions to the warehouse for packing and markingPreparing labelsPreparing instructions to the freight forwarderPreparing invoices, packing lists, letter to the customer, certificates of OriginSetting up of certificates of analysis, Technical Data sheets and Safety Data sheetsNotifying the customer via email of shipment detailsFollowing up of shipments from Departure to Arrival at destinationAnswering customer queries. Logistics Coordinator Requirements:High school diploma/GED required. 3+ years of experience in logistics in an export company preferred.
