Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.. Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Get paid weekly. We have capabilities in freight management, warehouse and distribution center support, last-mile delivery, supply chain analytics, and optimization, and more.. As a "critical infrastructure industry" worker in the Transportation and Logistics industry, associates are considered exempt from local restrictions such as curfews, shelter-in-place orders, and other mobility restrictions when reporting to, returning from, or performing his or her work functions.
They provide superior service to their customers from 7 terminals, offering over the road, local, and dedicated hauling as well as freight brokerage, warehousing and spotting services. We haul dry vans East of the Mississippi, not including NYC or Long Island. We are primarily a beverage hauler. Assigned 2022 - 2025 Freightliner Cascadias equipped with APUs, 1500w invertors, refrigerators, pre-pass, EZ pass. We cover the cost for transportation to come in for the remaining portion of orientation, which cannot be completed online (road test, Comdata card, direct deposit forms).

Associates in a Warehouse Support role may perform activities related to scheduling inbound and/or outbound activities in the Distribution Center; ensure inventory accuracy within the processing areas, system and process quality as well as vendor compliance and/or outbound shipment to our stores. They may also perform required administrative and general office/clerical duties in support of a particular functional area within the DC. Some Support roles may be responsible for ensuring the DC has required functioning hardware to allow associates to work efficiently and meet production and customer goals. Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. Following Home Depot safety policies and procedures is of great importance in these positions. Specific Warehouse Support positions may include: Outbound Coordinator, Transportation Coordinator, Inventory Control Associate, AP Auditor, DC Systems Coordinator and Customer Service Coordinator Logistics, HR Coordinator, General Office Associate and Administrative Assistant.

Minimum of 10+ years of Roadway Design experience with emphasis on corridor modeling. Must have experience with NCDOT plan production and calculation of quantities. Broad plan experience with TMP, Drainage, PMP, and Signing is a plus. Technical proficiency must be exhibited in most MicroStation / GEOPAK w/ corridor modeling experience..
