The overall responsibility for the Director, Plasma Supply Chain Planning is to provide leadership of the tactical operation and strategic alignment of Plasma Supply Planning within the Plasma Logistics Centers (PLCs) within Grifols Worldwide USA (GWWO). Responsibilities also include plasma inventory management and the facilitation of the IBP monthly process cycle. Oversight of the tactical execution of Plasma Supply Chain Planning and facilitate the Plasma Supply IBP (Integrated Business Planning) activities in alignment with Global Plasma Procurement, Manufacturing Plants and External Customers, and Biopharma Business Operations, ensuring that the strategic, operational and financial targets of the company are supported appropriately. Provide strategic direction for relevant Plasma Master Data management, including Customer and Vendor Master Data, in accordance with standard operating procedures for GWWO USA. Proficiency in Demand and Supply planning, S&OP/IBP processes and related functions.

The primary role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including the unloading and staging of products at the customer’s business location. This position reports to a Logistics Lead. Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans). Maybe required to handle hazardous materials and wear various forms of protective equipment (gloves, protective eyewear, etc.. Extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturday) may be required as job duties demand and may include little to no advanced notice.
