We are seeking an Infection Preventionist/Professional Development Coordinator to join our team!. Located in Rapid City, South Dakota, the Rehabilitation and Critical Care Hospital of the Black Hills is equipped with 36 inpatient medical rehabilitation beds and 18 long-term acute care beds. At the Rehabilitation and Critical Care Hospital of the Black Hills, we are dedicated to delivering advanced treatments and compassionate care to help our patients recover and regain their independence. This individual works closely with medical staff, hospital leadership and all hospital department heads to develop, implement and evaluate the infection prevention and employee health program. Knowledge of epidemiology, microbiology, infectious disease, and aseptic technique to include standard/universal precautions required.

The prime directives of the School Psychologist are to ensure compliance with Special Education law, including meeting IEP timelines, conducting assessments, and providing data-based recommendations.. This position involves direct interaction with students, parents, and teachers, contributing to IEP and 504 writing, and collaborating with MTSS teams.. The School Psychologist will also work with the Pathways Leadership Team on strategic planning, professional development, teacher coaching, and technical assistance in progress monitoring tools.. Assess students’ cognitive abilities, social-emotional development, adaptive behavior, language development, academic achievement, and social/emotional needs.. Education and Experience: Must be a certified School Psychologist (NCSP) by NASP, hold an Ed. S. in school psychology, or a PEL with a school psychology endorsement.
