Developing and implementing interactive, scenario-based learning programs for sterile processing and endoscopy related responsibilities. Assessing the competency and evaluating the proficiency of the sterile processing and endoscopy staff. Providing individualized orientation and education for all instrument care, SPD and Endoscopy staff in conjunction with the Perioperative Education staff. Demonstrated experience developing curriculum using the latest technologies and software, e.g., Adobe Captivate, Adobe InDesign, other authoring software
Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP). Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage.
