APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)You will own a portfolio of Engine's technology and distribution partner relationships, including OTAs, GDS partners, and connectivity partners. As the day-to-day technical and commercial point of contact, you'll keep integrations healthy, resolve issues, and bring new connections live. Your mandate is to grow and operate the partnerships in your book.
What You'll Do:
Monitor integration and API health across your book, acting before degradation reaches travelers. Lead incident escalation, triage severity, coordinate with engineering teams, and drive root-cause analysis to closure. Grow revenue by improving conversion, expanding content coverage, and running the partner cadence.
What We're Looking For:
6+ years in technical account management, partner or integration management, or similar partner-facing roles at travel tech or platform businesses. Working technical fluency with API documentation, XML/JSON, and tools like Postman; SQL strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and clear communication with both technical and commercial audiences.
