Enterprise Partner Success Manager

Gusto is seeking a Partner Success Manager to expand our presence in the accounting market, focusing on major partners and enterprise firms. You will define scalable success motions, engage with C-level executives, and drive efficiency using GustoPro while shaping partner programs. You'll collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver onboarding, adoption, and growth, traveling as needed and leveraging AI-enabled workflows throughout.
