Community Organizer & Grassroots Leader Coach

Metro Caring is hiring a Community Organizer (Program Manager) in Denver, CO. This role leads grassroots organizing, civic engagement, and leadership development with a focus on the Right to Food. You will work primarily on-site with occasional remote alignment and evening/weekend commitments. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Community Organizing, you will build a strong organizing base, train volunteers, and coordinate campaigns that advance food justice and economic equity in our community.
