Insurance Account Manager

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to support our finance and insurance clients with exceptional service and risk management solutions. In this role, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of accounts, managing renewals, coverage analysis, and day-to-day service needs. You will collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal teams to design and implement insurance and risk strategies, prepare proposals, and resolve client issues. Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, delivering responsive, high-quality service. Coordinate policy renewals, marketing, and coverage reviews with carriers and internal teams. Analyze client risks, coverage needs, and claims trends to recommend insurance solutions. Prepare proposals, presentations, and documentation to support client meetings and decisions. Ensure accuracy of policies, endorsements, certificates, and client records in internal systems. Partner with producers and consultants to support account growth, retention, and cross-sell opportunities. Resolve client issues and escalations with a focus on long-term relationship management. Collaborate with global Gallagher teams to support multinational and complex accounts.
