Remote Guest Experience Concierge

Key responsibilities: Provide concierge-level service and communication to ski and snowboard school guests, instructors, and internal teams Coordinate logistics for private lessons and specialty products, ensuring seamless execution of guest experiences Resolve escalated guest issues with empathy and sound judgment, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams as neededRequired qualifications:3-5 years of relevant experience in a concierge or hospitality setting Proven ability to deliver high-touch, personalized service and build trust with premium guests Experience managing multiple requests and coordinating across departments for a frictionless guest experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and serve as a trusted contact Familiarity with remote work and technology platforms is preferred
