APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Seeking a New York Licensed Senior Trial Counsel, the full-time remote attorney will manage complex litigation cases primarily in Labor Law, Premises Liability, and Products Liability, independently handling cases from inception through trial while collaborating with a team of experienced litigators.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze complex legal issues and develop defense strategies independently
Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs, and present evidence at trials and hearings
Provide legal advice and maintain effective relationships with clients and the court
Required qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in New York State
Minimum of 15 years of significant trial experience in insurance defense
Knowledge of New York Supreme Courts
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to travel to downstate venues for case handling
