Public Safety Ambassador

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIESProvides service, information and aid to the patients, guests, staff and physicians of University Health. Serves as a positive representative of University Health and supports University Health's Commitment to Service Excellence standards. Responds to requests for assistance and provides patrol of property to ensure the safety and security of life and property of patients, visitors, staff and physicians on all property owned, leased, rented or otherwise under the jurisdiction and control of University Health. Promotes the organization's Guest Relations Policy. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEA high school diploma/GED and three years of experience or 15 semester hours toward college degree is required. Three years of experience in a related field such as customer service, security, detention, or loss prevention is preferred.
