Device Operations Specialist

Key responsibilities: Maintain accurate device records, including allocation, status, and inventory management Coordinate device orders and track configuration, dispatch, and delivery, ensuring clear communication with Business Units Act as the primary operational contact for the POS Portal, managing fulfilment and resolving operational issues

Required qualifications: Experience in device operations, IT asset management, or payment operations Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate operational records Experience coordinating device orders, inventory, and fulfilment processes Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively Confidence in collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
