APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)The Device Operations Specialist owns day-to-day operational management of Xplor's payment device estate. This role coordinates device ordering, provisioning, deployment, replacement, returns, and inventory control.
What You'll Do:
Maintain accurate serial-number-level device records and reconcile the estate with POS Portal. Validate device orders, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replacements, returns, and secure disposal. Act as the primary contact for POS Portal and support device incident investigations.
Who You Are:
You have experience in device operations, IT asset management, payment operations, or logistics. You are detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at reconciling data and resolving operational issues. You communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams to keep stakeholders informed.
