Responsibilities: Provide personalized care and support to patients and residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication administration, and vital sign monitoring Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress Perform various tasks, such as transferring patients, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents

Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!) Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
