Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Lock Haven, PAWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living, a leading provider of post-acute and long-term care in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living, your responsibilities will include: Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff Assisting with mobility and transfers, as well as incontinence care Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Providing emotional support and compassion to patients and their families
