Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Sell and service State Farm insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Financial Services Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Assist customers with questions, policy changes, renewals, and coverage needs Follow up with leads, referrals, prospects, and existing customers Identify coverage gaps and opportunities to better protect customers Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage Make outbound calls and develop new business opportunities Cross-sell products based on customer needs Help retain customers through responsive service and consistent follow-upMeet and exceed individual and agency sales and service goals Maintain accurate customer records and activity Provide professional, knowledgeable, and responsive customer serviceWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBilingual English/Spanish required Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses preferred Must be willing and able to obtain required licenses before starting Insurance sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident and comfortable in a sales and service environment Goal-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Coachable, dependable, and team-oriented Motivated by personal and professional growthWHY JAMIE MORGAN STATE FARM?
